Architectural design that evokes an active learning environment requires a coherent structure responsive to students' developmental needs, while adhering to legal compliances. St. Raphael Co-Ed School in Bhopal sought a stimulating, structured, and inclusive environment for its students.

Our design process involved extensive collaboration with Goodwill Construction and key stakeholders, alongside workshops with the school’s management to develop a comprehensive brief. The project scope included architectural design, structural design and project management consultancy services.

Centred around an open courtyard and play zone, the 40,000 sqft., three-story complex includes 22 classrooms, a 400-seater multi-purpose hall, wheelchair access, and a 30,000 Lt. underground water tank to meet water demands. Using advanced digital tools, we also reduced structural costs while ensuring compliance with CBSE norms and by-laws.
