GWD Collective was first tasked with creating a comprehensive value appraisal package for the owners of Finca Mallorca, a property designed by Vincent Van Duysen, to help them put the property on the market. The identity drew upon the architectural narrative of the villa, acknowledging its contextual history while looking to the future. Emphasizing comfort in harmony with the surroundings, in line with Van Duysen’s design philosophy, the agency delivered a bold, pure, and timeless identity.
First, GWD Collective documented the villa and simultaneously crafted the visual identity and collateral, creating a detailed booklet that highlighted the property’s unique features and storyline. This was followed by the development of a password-protected website using Bootstrap, allowing potential buyers to explore the property through interactive floor plans and detailed descriptions. This secure site ensured that only serious buyers could access the information, adding a layer of exclusivity.
With this new brand identity and presentation materials, the clients are now well-prepared to engage with valuators and appraisers, showcasing the property’s value effectively and professionally. We successfully blended design and technology, creating impactful solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
